Refund Policy

At 11 AI Blockchain, we are committed to ensuring client satisfaction. Due to the nature of blockchain, AI infrastructure, and smart contract execution, certain services may be non-refundable. Please review the following terms:

1. Non-Refundable Items

• Gas fees or on-chain transactions

• AI/ML inference fees

• Completed custom smart contract deployments

• Professional services, consulting hours, or white-label licensing

2. Refundable Scenarios

• Duplicate billing or payment errors (refund upon verification)

• Failure to deliver a paid service or SLA violation (pro-rata credit or refund)

• Canceled subscription within 7 days of purchase for non-enterprise users

3. Process for Requesting Refunds

To request a refund:

• Email @11aiblockchain.com with the subject “Refund Request”

• Include your account ID, payment proof, and reason for the request

• Allow 5–10 business days for processing

4. Exceptions

Refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated based on individual agreements and compliance factors. Enterprise contracts and government clients may have custom refund terms outlined in their service agreement.
