Abstract

EG-AGENT-005 defines agent delegation governance requirements for regulated AI and orchestration infrastructure environments.

The specification establishes mandatory delegation governance controls including deterministic delegation validation, fail-closed runtime enforcement, cryptographic delegation authorization, immutable execution synchronization, distributed telemetry propagation, and governance continuity across autonomous runtime systems.

The framework positions agent delegation governance as a deterministic runtime authorization layer rather than a permissive autonomous delegation mechanism.


1. Agent Delegation Governance Principle

Governed autonomous systems MUST maintain deterministic delegation authorization continuity.

Governed runtime environments SHALL enforce:
