Abstract

EG-API-003 defines governance verification API requirements for regulated AI and orchestration infrastructure environments.

The specification establishes mandatory governance verification interfaces including deterministic runtime validation, cryptographic verification continuity, immutable synchronization propagation, fail-closed enforcement protections, and distributed runtime coordination across sovereign infrastructure systems.

The framework positions governance verification APIs as deterministic runtime governance enforcement interfaces rather than passive monitoring endpoints.


1. Governance Verification API Principle

Governed runtime systems MUST maintain deterministic verification continuity through governance enforcement interfaces.

Governance verification APIs SHALL enforce:

• runtime verification continuity• cryptographic validation synchronization• immutable governance propagation• distributed telemetry coordination• runtime integrity validation• fail-closed verification protections

Any unverifiable runtime condition SHALL trigger deterministic containment protections.


2. Governance Verification Endpoint Requirements

Governed runtime environments SHALL expose verification interfaces supporting:
