Abstract

EG-AUDIT-001 defines immutable runtime audit requirements for regulated AI and orchestration infrastructure environments.

The specification establishes mandatory audit governance controls including deterministic audit validation, cryptographic audit verification, immutable synchronization continuity, fail-closed runtime protections, distributed runtime coordination, and execution audit traceability across regulated infrastructure systems.

The framework positions runtime audit governance as a deterministic runtime assurance layer rather than a passive audit logging capability.


1. Runtime Audit Principle

Governed runtime systems MUST maintain immutable audit continuity across all execution environments.

Governed runtime environments SHALL enforce:
