Abstract

EG-MESH-002 defines runtime federation mesh governance requirements for regulated AI and orchestration infrastructure environments.

The specification establishes mandatory federation governance controls including deterministic mesh synchronization, fail-closed runtime enforcement, cryptographic federation verification, immutable runtime continuity, distributed telemetry propagation, and federation coordination consistency across sovereign infrastructure systems.
