Abstract

EG-MODEL-002 defines runtime model verification requirements for regulated AI infrastructure environments.

The specification establishes mandatory governance controls including deterministic model verification, fail-closed runtime protections, cryptographic validation continuity, immutable operational synchronization, distributed telemetry propagation, and governance consistency across sovereign AI infrastructure systems.

The framework positions runtime verification as a deterministic operational integrity layer for regulated model execution systems.


1. Runtime Model Verification Principle

Governed AI model systems MUST maintain deterministic runtime verification continuity across all operational environments.

Governed runtime environments SHALL enforce:

• model verification synchronization continuity• runtime governance coordination• cryptographic model validation• immutable operational continuity• distributed telemetry synchronization• fail-closed runtime protections

Any unverifiable model condition SHALL trigger deterministic containment protections.
