Abstract

EG-PROTOCOL-003 defines execution verification consensus protocol requirements for regulated AI and orchestration infrastructure environments.

The specification establishes mandatory verification consensus controls including deterministic verification validation, fail-closed runtime enforcement, cryptographic validation continuity, immutable execution synchronization, distributed telemetry propagation, and verification consistency across sovereign infrastructure systems.

The framework positions execution verification consensus as a deterministic runtime validation protocol rather than a passive distributed agreement mechanism.


1. Verification Consensus Principle

Governed runtime systems MUST maintain deterministic verification consensus continuity across all runtime domains.

Governed runtime environments SHALL enforce:
