Abstract

EG-VERIFY-001 defines cryptographic runtime verification requirements for regulated AI and orchestration infrastructure environments.

The specification establishes mandatory verification controls including runtime integrity validation, cryptographic authorization proofing, immutable verification continuity, distributed governance synchronization, fail-closed execution enforcement, and execution lineage verification propagation.

The framework positions runtime verification as a deterministic execution governance enforcement system rather than a passive monitoring mechanism.


1. Runtime Verification Principle

Execution MUST NOT proceed without cryptographic runtime verification validation.

Verification enforcement SHALL include:

• authorization proof validation• runtime integrity verification• execution artifact inspection• governance synchronization continuity• immutable proof generation• fail-closed enforcement validation

Unverifiable execution SHALL result in deterministic denial.


2. Verification Coordination Requirements

Governed runtime environments SHALL maintain verification coordination systems responsible for:
